Scope and Purpose:
We are seeking a Marketing Administrator I for our Spokane office. The Marketing Administrator will be responsible for assisting new and contracted producers to successfully market our annuity products. Communication with producers includes both email and phone support to assist them quickly and accurately with their business needs. You will also be responsible for marketing administration processes including producer contracting, licensing, product training, commission payments, marketing material distribution, Regional Vice President assistance, illustration requests and additional producer maintenance and requests.
Duties and Responsibilities:Review and process producer contracting and maintain a current and accurate database of information.Input detailed and accurate data into the system.Assist with various requests from producers via phone and email communication in a timely manner while providing high quality service.Offer sales support and clearly communicate product information and requirements.Work closely as part of the Marketing Administration team and communicate well with one another to maintain efficiency and offer top level customer service to our producers and internal employees.Complete special projects and tasks as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
At least 1 year of professional office and/or clerical experience.Strong data and records management skills with a high level of accuracy.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.Maintain a professional attitude in challenging situations.Computer literate; demonstrates proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Travel Requirements:
Travel is not anticipated for this role.
