Market Research:
Conducting market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Product Positioning:
Defining product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to differentiate the product in the market.
Go-to-Market Planning:
Developing go-to-market strategies, including launch plans, promotional activities, and sales enablement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Working closely with product management, sales, and other departments to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with product capabilities and sales objectives, enabling successful product launches.
Content Creation:
Overseeing the creation of marketing content, such as product collateral, white papers, case studies, and sales tools.
Performance Tracking:
Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and making data-driven adjustments.
Customer Engagement:
Building relationships with customers and understanding their feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
Budget Management:
Managing the marketing budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Leadership:
Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.Specific Skills Required:This is a role requiring ability to work effectively and in partnership all across TTS, champion progress, problem solve and lead change. Strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a commercial mindset are pivotal to success. Someone who is an independent thinker with an entrepreneurial attitude, natural collaborator with the ability to lead complex cross functional projects would be an ideal fit with 10-15 years broad experience in transaction banking, including client facing and/or product experience.Strong leadership with the ability to work across products, functions, regions globally partnership, trust and credibilityForward thinker with a strategic mindset and focus on solving client needsCommercially focused who looks at new ways to deliver exceptional results for our clientsBroad understanding of global treasury and trade business is a mustUnderstanding of client needs, product discipline and industry dynamics and disruptions in the TTS space is requiredCreativity in both logic and visual design when crafting solutions and messages for clientsExcellent communication and presentation skills verbal, visual and written for internal and external purposesCollaborative nature, able to engage with a diverse range of individuals of all levels and gain support from colleagues, even when they do not report directly to youAnalytical mindset to take various initiatives and sources and translate into thematic content and messagingStrong discipline to manage Product Marketing budget spendCompetency Skills:Strong managerial skills to lead a global teamAbility to influence people across a wide range of functions and disciplinesAbility to manage multiple, simultaneous, long-term initiatives and priorities activitiesDesire to work in a collaborative environment supporting multiple individualsAbility to think critically and solve non-traditional problems / bridge key gapsEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing , Business Administration, Communications or related field., required.
