The Role
We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Digital Growth — a strategic and creative leader who will own the full funnel of brand awareness, performance marketing, digital customer experience, and demand generation. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution and will be responsible for scaling brand presence and engagement in three new U.S. markets over the next 6–12 months and onwards.
Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll lead all marketing functions, partner with digital and product teams, and pioneer new growth initiatives across SEO, campaigns, paid media, email marketing, digital storytelling, and analytics. You’ll also help shape future-forward experiences leveraging AI, VR, and automation to captivate our design-first audience.
This is a foundational role with long-term potential. As the brand scales, this position may evolve into a full-time leadership opportunity. It is a hybrid position with flexibility, must be able to work from our office part time in Manhattan beach.
What You’ll Own
Marketing & Campaign Strategy
- Create and execute a full-funnel marketing plan tied to business objectives and revenue growth
- Lead campaign development across organic, paid, social, and direct response channels
- Partner with Creative Director and Sales to align messaging, product launches, and market expansion
- Establish key KPIs and analytics tracking to continuously optimize performance
- Test and iterate digital acquisition strategies in CN, CA, NY, FL, TX, and future growth markets
SEO & Content Optimization
- Develop a robust SEO strategy from scratch (technical, content, backlink, performance)
- Lead on-page and off-page SEO efforts including keyword planning and content optimization
- Optimize web presence in collaboration with Web Dev, UX/UI, and Content Producer
Digital Channel Ownership
- Own email marketing strategy and execution via Klaviyo — segmentation, journeys, A/B tests
- Oversee paid media performance (Meta, Google, Pinterest) in collaboration with digital agencies or freelancers
- Direct social media and blog content cadence, ensuring alignment with audience and SEO goals
Customer Journey & Experience
- Map, monitor, and refine the digital customer experience from first touch to repeat purchase
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admin or Tech team to create CRM-powered experiences and dashboards
- Track and elevate brand engagement across site, email, digital campaigns, and showroom interactions
Innovation & Future Tech Integration
- Contribute to digital experience evolution including VR showroom storytelling and AI-powered personalization
- Help lead pilot programs like QR code fabric discovery, live AI chat, or virtual consultations
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Content, Product, Sales, Web Dev, and AI Automation Specialist
- Serve as primary marketing voice during growth planning and leadership syncs
- Mentor content creator and support future team expansion as budget permits
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years in marketing, growth, or digital brand roles (ideally in luxury, design, interiors, or fashion)
- Proven track record launching marketing programs and growing brand visibility in new markets
- Deep understanding of SEO, CRM, content strategy, email flows, and funnel optimization
- Strategic thinker with strong executional follow-through
- Experience across Shopify, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Semrush
- Strong collaboration, copy, and storytelling skills
- Passion for aesthetics, innovation, and design-centric growth

- Can analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies dynamically
