Health & Benefits Producer - Multiple Offices Throughout the Midwest

Aon has exciting opportunities to join our Health & Benefits team as a Producer across cities in the Midwest (Chicago, Green Bay, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Southfield, Grand Rapids, St. Louis, and Minneapolis).

What The Day Will Look Like

1. Showcase connections and networking capabilities to generate new business.
2. Influence and collaborate with others to create strategic plans and present a variation of risk solutions to meet client needs.
3. Broaden your consultative reach by engaging prospects and providing creative and applicable advice across all of Aon’s solutions.
4. Solve complex business issues using data and analytics from Aon’s research teams, combining your business acumen and understanding of current trends.
5. Support a team in managing a portfolio of prospects’ business.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

• 5-10+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, or enterprise products/services.
• Proven ability to adhere to and champion a successful sales process.
• Current or willingness to obtain Life and Health and/or P&C licenses.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

The salary range is $100,000 - $200,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, location, and other factors. This position is eligible for incentive plans, including production incentives.
