Overview
What is required?* Bachelor's degree in business, health education, public/community health and/or equivalent work experience* 4+ years related work experience with health promotions and wellness programs, insurance, or sales* Program management experience and/or Wellness* Experience with building/maintaining relationships with and influencing internal/external business partners and/or customers, thorough knowledge of the healthcare industry, broad business acumen and product knowledge* Proven ability to present in group settings and communicate with various levels/functions of the organization* Experience in getting things done through collaboration in cross-functional, interdepartmental teams* Frequent travel to attend meetings, events, etc. including some overnight stays* Valid driver's license: Motor vehicle driving history will be reviewed* Must maintain required car insurance on personal vehicle as a regular driver
What is preferred?* Experience with working effectively in a group/team setting as well as providing highly sophisticated skills as an individual contributor to deliver business results* Experience with setting clear, actionable objectives and being able to package results and present ideas* Experience working with business partners that include presentation of ideas, negotiation, problem solving and facilitation of programs* Hands on experience in health promotions and wellness* Certification in health education and/or workplace wellness (e.g., CHES, WELCOA Well Workplace Certification, WellCert Certification, National Wellness Institute's Certified Wellness Practitioner, etc.)* Bilingual language skills (Spanish/English) is a plusGeneral Physical Demands:Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects.
