Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr. Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr. Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, The Original Donut Shop Coffee, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core Hydration, Canada Dry, Mott’s, and Schweppes. We aim to help grow KDP’s iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop design concepts for packaging, retail, digital, experiential, OOH, and more for a our roster of in-house brands as well as content for other KDP business units
Partner with Senior Design leaders on how to approach projects with a strategic mindset leveraging insights, tapping into cultural trends and blending design wizardry to deliver creative that is breakthrough and connects with our consumers.
Work effortlessly across our portfolio of brands leveraging defined identity systems, typography, and voice to deliver creative solutions that are unique to each brands objectives and strategy
Adapt and maintain efficient and scalable production of all required assets including templates, resizing, and versions
People management responsibilities; peer reviewing creative work and confidently directing others
Partner with strategy to understand business and creative objectives and how to translate to design concepts
Pitch and present work and be able to clearly communicate concept rationales
Regular creation of brand designs and confidently present ideas and pitch new ideas
Create culture driving, business-building brand design across any medium
Proactively identify opportunity to tap into or incorporate the latest trends in pop culture, creativity, executional approaches, and techniques
