Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets. Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans. Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand. Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance. Use marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other ways to actively pursue new business. Qualifications:
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or hospitality. Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department. Prior sales and marketing experience of 5+ years, including some in a sales management role, is required. Full service DOSM experience. Hilton experience preferred but not required. Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000 yearly
