ICN Group and DreamIT ESL are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead marketing efforts across two dynamic brands.

ICN Group is a U.S.-based HR company that connects top global talent especially international background candidates (including J1, OPT, STEM OPT, TN, and H-1B tracks) with U.S. employers.

DreamIT ESL is a certified ESL school in New York that provides English education to international students with or seeking F-1 visas.

Position Summary

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that attract qualified candidates for ICN’s job placement programs and international students for DreamIT ESL’s English programs.

Duties

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for both ICN Group and DreamIT ESL

• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.)

• Create and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

• Manage and update website and landing page content

• Design and produce marketing materials (digital and print)

• Write and distribute newsletters and promotional emails

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Track performance metrics and generate monthly marketing reports

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in marketing or a related field

• Proficiency in both English and Korean (written and spoken)

• Strong writing, content creation, and communication skills

• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools

• Experience with digital ad platforms (Google, Meta) is a plus

• Understanding or interest in education, HR, or international student marketing

Working Conditions

• Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site only)

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (40 hours/week)

• Location: New York, NY (No remote work)
