Responsibilities
Manage and improve our sales process to meet annual revenue and profitability goals.
Coordinate the sales process with key stakeholders to ensure a quality customer experience.
Assist with and accept delegated tasks from the General Manager.
Ensure all project estimates reflect the scope of work required by the customer.
Achieve sales revenue and profitability goals.
Maintain accurate use of sales software.
Facilitate weekly sales meetings and report on Sales KPIs.
Ensure seamless project handover to the assigned Project Coordinator.
Organize sales paperwork and maintain job progress to meet expectations.
Implement company customer service principles through sales processes.
Provide sales pricing guidance based on market knowledge.
Respond to incoming sales-related calls immediately and follow up promptly.
Obtain necessary authorizations prior to work commencement and follow proper fund collection procedures.
Ensure permits are obtained for the desired level of work.
Develop inside and outside referral sales opportunities.
Qualifications
Preference for experience in the Sign and Graphics Industry.
High school diploma or equivalent; preference for those with industry understanding, creative design skills, and exceptional customer relationship abilities.
Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance with a commercial use rider; must have a reliable vehicle.
Minimum of three years of experience in a Sales or Estimator role for a comparable company or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills, including public speaking ability.
Integrity and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret job estimates and reports.
Advanced computer skills, including software, hardware, programs, and applications.
Ability to calculate discounts, gross margin, mark-up, commissions, percentages, area, and volume.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as maps, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Effective English speaking ability with customers and employees; bilingual ability preferred but not required.
