LaSalle Network is looking to hire a Freelance Studio/ Creative Producer for an in-house production team with a CPG client of ours in the western suburbs.
The Studio/ Creative Producer will support the Head of Studio Production across photo, video, and social content projects to bring the brand to life through high-quality, engaging media.
You'll manage both internal studio productions and external agency work, ensuring seamless execution from planning to final delivery.
This is a contract role for 6 months with the potential to extend, and onsite 2-3 days a week in the western suburbs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support campaign shoot planning, execution, and delivery.
• Assist with omni-channel productions and asset development for various platforms (including but not limited to digital, video, social media, print, OOH, and email).
• Manage production workflows, timelines, and communications with internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with creative, influencer, and operations teams for strategic content creation.
• Handle budgets, invoices, contracts, and freelance/vendor coordination.
• Ensure efficient post-production (retouching, editing, archiving).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in content production, including campaigns, photography, and video.
• Proficient in project and production tools (Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Adobe Suite).
• Must have experience in producing omni-channel campaigns across social, digital, email, video, web, print, and OOH.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and budgets under tight deadlines.
• Ad agency experience is a HUGE plus.
