About the position: We are eagerly seeking an impact-oriented individual to join our rapidly expanding team. We're on the lookout for a meticulous and dedicated part-time Social Media Coordinator to support our creative marketing department with content creation and distribution.
Responsibilities:
Help grow online community
Thorough understanding of most popular social media channels and best practicePosting and calendaringModerating and responding to social media commentsEngage with like-minded organizations and people through likes, comments, DMs, etc.Analytics and reporting
Content production
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content for both social media and websiteExcellent understanding of user-generated content and willingness to create "selfie style" content, a plusAble to maintain a unified brand voice across various social media channels
The Ideal Candidate:
Fun, outgoing, and willing to be featured in WS UGC contentCommunicative and reliableWilling to suggest ideas and collaborate on effortsThorough understanding of the following software: Adobe Creative Cloud - Illustrator, Indesign, and Premier Pro; Google Workspace; website CMS (preferred)Attention to detailStrong written communication skillsWorks well independently or as part of a larger teamProfessional and responsibleA demonstrated commitment to climate action, sustainability, and/or conservation
Schedule:
Estimated 20 hours per week, with a maximum of 29 hours per week. Flexible schedule.
Location:
Individual must reside in Orange County, CA
Compensation:
$26 / hour
