Job responsibilities:
The Director of Marketing (DOM), Icotrokinra, Dermatology, is the most senior marketing and strategy leader responsible for marketing strategy and implementation of our targeted oral peptide brand in the areas of professional, consumer and patient marketing. The DOM, Icotrokinra, is the P&L leader and will report directly to the Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Developing an integrated strategic plan for Icotrokinra in Dermatology - building the brand positioning, messaging and overall branding experience, working to maximize our marketing communications to physicians, offices, customers and patients. Working in conjunction with brand marketing leads, developing annual Marketing Plans for the franchise and implementing both product and service innovations. Partnering with multiple functions including Sales, Sales training, Franchise Analytics, Strategic Customer Group, Medical Affairs, Global Strategic Marketing, North America Pharma affiliates, Alliance Management, Commercial Excellence Corporate Communications and outside vendors in order to effectively execute key commercial activities and achieve business goals for the Dermatology portfolio. Leading a team of marketing professionals and help build, shape and coach both leadership and marketing competencies throughout. Utilizing market research to properly plan business activities. Coordinates promotional activities with sales management. Leading annual financial forecasts and maintain budgets to support financial objectives. Tracking and monitoring monthly performance of franchise and recommend corrections as needed. Continually assessing competitive landscape and responding accordingly. BA/BS required, and an MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years business experience (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Management, etc) of which at least 8 years demonstrated marketing experience and proven performance is required. Demonstrated experience in critical marketing competencies required. Experience directing and managing advertising agencies is required. Strong people management and development capabilities are required. Demonstrated organizational leadership capabilities required. Immunology sales or marketing experience preferred. Launch experience strongly preferred. Travel up to 25%, predominantly domestic with limited OUS. The candidate must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall business acumen. Must be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple priorities. Must possess demonstrated people management experience with excellent leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment. Demonstrated ability to think strategically. Can operate in two worlds - big picture orientation with attention to detail. Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel. Builds effective teams that work well across functions and groups. Advanced communication and presentation skills required.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
