As our portfolio continues to grow, so do our Corporate Teams! Mark-Taylor is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer. Our corporate office is located in the McCormick Ranch neighborhood of Scottsdale, AZ. This detail-oriented professional will create a wide range of graphics for print, digital marketing, and communications that support both internal and external initiatives.

We are especially interested in candidates who bring bonus skills in motion graphics, video editing, and photo editing—particularly using programs like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom. A background in Digital Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred.

You're Excited About This Role Because You Will:

Uphold brand look and feel consistently across all creative deliverables?

Conceptualize and communicate strong visual ideas?

Design for a range of digital and print marketing deliverables, including branded templates, infographics, web graphics, email banners, brochures, signage, and more?

Collaborate with Creative Leadership to determine project needs and meet time-sensitive deadlines?

Create and update internal and external-facing presentations and marketing materials?

Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail?

Track work status using project management software (e.g., Monday.com)?

Embrace evolving project schedules and navigate shifting priorities with strong time management?

Other creative tasks and support as assigned?

We're Excited to Meet You! Ideally, You Will Bring:

1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design?

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Animation, or a related field?

A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across print and digital?

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)?

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite?

Experience with branding/logo design and concept development?

Understanding of printing processes, specs, and file preparation?

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting?

Experience in video editing in Premiere Pro and photo editing in Lightroom?is preferred

Motion graphics experience using After Effects or similar programs?

Interest or background in digital animation or interactive design?

The starting salary for Junior Graphic Designer is $45,000 commensurate with experience.
