You will provide administrative and organizational support on special projects for AMG's Press & Media Strategy team. Here you'll get to: Collaborate cross-functionally with various AMG departments Liaise with external partners to facilitate execution of special projects Collect, organize, and manage assets and materials for department campaigns and initiatives Ensure precise and timely data entry across various systems to support team operations Assist and support the executive administrative team as needed About you: You are highly organized and process-oriented You have a strong attention to detail and consistently meet deadlines You have strong time management skills and can operate from a to-do list You enjoy working collaboratively and communicate well in team settings You are proficient in organizational tools like Google Sheets and Excel You are passionate about music and artists We'd love it if you also had: 1-2 years of relevant experience Knowledge of Google Workspace programs Experience using project management tools About us: As the home to 10K Projects, Asylum, Atlantic Music Group, East West, FFRR, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Rhino, Roadrunner, Sire, Warner Records, Warner Classics, and several other of the world's premier recording labels, Warner Music Group champions emerging artists and global superstars alike.
