Position Summary The Sales and Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the President, will play a pivotal role in driving growth by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies. This role combines responsibilities of account executive, sales manager, and marketing manager while overseeing the Customer Success Leader and the customer service team. Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development : Develop and implement 1, 3, and 5-year sales plans to expand market presence. Identify new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and oversee outbound sales activities. Marketing and Brand Management : Strengthen the company’s brand through digital marketing, SEO, and content strategies. Introduce new testing services and increase visibility in target industries. Customer Success and Service Leadership : Manage and mentor the Customer Success Leader to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Team Management and Growth : Supervise and develop the customer service team for operational efficiency and high performance. Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze sales data, forecast trends, and generate reports for senior management. Compliance and Industry Engagement : Stay current with industry regulations and build relationships with key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities. Required Qualifications Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, or related field. An MBA is highly preferred. Experience :

Minimum 7+ years in sales and marketing, with success in business development, digital marketing, and client management. Leadership experience is essential. Industry Expertise :

Strong background in food, agriculture, chemicals, and testing laboratories. Skills :

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, data analysis, with strong leadership and communication skills. Work Schedule :

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM (On-site). Travel : Up to 40% domestic travel. Benefits :
