$140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from King's Insurance Staffing Our client, an A+ rated Insurance Carrier, is expanding their E&S presence nationwide and seeks a Regional Territory Underwriting & Marketing Consultant for the Pacific Northwest. Responsibilities include evaluating and underwriting complex risks outside the standard market, working with brokers and agents to assess, price, and negotiate terms for E&S insurance products to ensure profitability. The role demands strong marketing, underwriting, customer service skills, deep market knowledge, and creative thinking for non-admitted business. It is fully remote with some regional travel. Selling and soliciting business within the territory to build diverse agency relationships. Visiting brokers/agents to market products and facilitate submissions. Handling underwriting processes for primary casualty non-admitted business. Analyzing and evaluating insurance proposals. Approving, declining, modifying, negotiating, and pricing accounts to meet profitability and premium goals while minimizing risk. Determining policy terms and premiums based on risk and company guidelines. Educating and training agents on underwriting guidelines, products, coverages, and systems. Developing and maintaining professional relationships with brokers and clients. Staying updated on market changes and risk factors. Requirements: 5-10+ years of Commercial Underwriting and/or Marketing experience, especially in primary casualty lines. 1+ year of E&S Underwriting experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Salary/Benefits: $140,000 to $180,000+ annual base salary plus 20-40% bonus. Company Vehicle.
