We are seeking a highly organized self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and implementation of marketing projects. The ideal candidate will display versatility and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.Responsibilities:Content Creation and Management:Write, edit, and format communications including newsletters, social media posts, client alerts, biographies, and press releases.Produce digital and print materials using established graphic design standards and templates for firm website, email, social media, presentations, and pitch packets.Maintain the firm's websites using Wix and WordPress.Assist with the maintenance of the Marketing Repository in NetDocuments.Event Coordination:Facilitate and manage webinar events including technical support, video editing, distribution of recordings, and maintaining registration lists.Provide on-site hosting assistance for events and manage vendor coordination; occasional travel required.Assist with client events, seminars, and other meetings outside normal hours as needed.General Support:Conduct marketing orientation for new employees.Monitor and field incoming inquiries to the firm's info inbox.Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Manager and office, including email monitoring, FedEx shipments, and maintaining the kitchen area.Qualifications:Essential:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).General knowledge of webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom).Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple assignments.Ability to communicate with a diverse group of attorneys, staff, and vendors with courtesy and tact while safeguarding confidentiality.Ability to work independently without direction.Preferred:Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Previous experience in a similar role.
