Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Execute shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and increase brand awarenessLead cross functional team through planning, project management, commercialization of displays and point of sale marketing programs, and analysis of program effectivenessLead relationships with strategic vendor partner(s) that design, create, build, and deploy shopper marketing programsEstablish best practices and develop innovative strategies to make program executions seamlessMonitor and optimize business performance against shipment, consumption, financial, and waste targetsMonitor and analyze the effectiveness of shopper marketing campaigns and make improvement recommendationsProactively identify and propose innovative solutions to resolve challenges that impact project schedule, cost or executionLiaise daily with customer development and sales partners to deeply understand customer forecasts, retail risk and opportunities, and manage timelines toward forecast lock datesCollaborate regularly with supply chain to ensure efficient and effective production plans as it relates to shopper marketing programs and own waste mitigation managementConduct research and analysis with consumer analytics teams to gain insights into consumer behavior and preferencesStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in shopper marketingPrepare presentation materials and deliver compelling presentations to partners/leadershipSome travel to provide on-site design support, become familiar with display build details, and evaluate end resultHighly detail oriented to ensure seamless impactful execution of all programsStrong understanding of consumer behavior and preferencesInitiative (must demonstrate ability to provide value added analytical work based on own understanding of business needs/impactors vs just providing what is asked for)Integrity (provides objective point of view and ensures accuracy in details of their work/analysis)Communication (demonstrates confidence; able to make clear and concise presentations/recommendations to all levels of organization)Business Acumen (ability to understand overall business strategy and drivers; perform analytics to address business questions vs needing to be told step by step process)Excel and PowerPoint skillBasic Qualifications3-5 years of experience working with Customers, Sales, and HQ teams2-4 years project management experience in a cross-functional environment2-4 years forecasting experienceExperience in technical packaging or display design a plusExperience in a seasonal business a plusHighly effective project management skillsStrong written and verbal skillsCritical attention to detailProactive and solution orientedProficient in Microsoft SuiteRequired Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMust be able to work in a highly matrixed environmentAble to collaborate cross functionally, be a strong team player, lead with influenceStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and problem solving abilitiesFunctions effectively with ambiguityAbility to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlinesRequisition ID: 309184It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
