JOB SUMMARY:

As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in translating complex business requirements into actionable tech initiatives, ensuring our continuous evolution and success.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and present system functionalities to business users.
- Conduct detailed data analyses using SQL databases, Excel, and multi-dimensional databases.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Provide first-line support for user-reported issues, developing and implementing testing strategies.
- Collaborate with developers for application understanding, risk identification, and sprint progress tracking using JIRA.
- Expertise in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and SQL queries.
- Experience in software development project lifecycle and testing (UAT, web application, interface, conversion).
- Ability to work within an Agile/SCRUM framework and excellent communication skills.
