It's about exceeding your potential. We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations to lead and evolve our global marketing operations function. This role is responsible for building the infrastructure, systems, and processes that power marketing execution at scale-from campaign operations and lead management to reporting and analytics. You will drive operational excellence across marketing programs, optimize our tech stack (with a strong focus on Marketo), and ensure tight alignment between teams to support global go-to-market initiatives. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, operates autonomously, and has the ability to both dive deep into the details and confidently present insights and strategy at the executive level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Top-of-Funnel Strategy & Execution:
Own the development and optimization of landing page / form strategy to drive lead capture and conversion. Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Marketing Automation & Tech Stack: Help build & optimize the KF Digital tech stack stack, servicing as the subject matter expert to ensuring best practices across campaign setup, lead scoring, segmentation, nurture programs, and data hygiene. Specific experience in Marketo especially relevant Data & Performance Analytics: Track and report on campaign performance, lead flow, and funnel metrics. Use data to optimize performance and guide strategic decisions. Campaign Support & Execution: Partner with demand generation, product marketing, and field marketing teams to operationalize multi-channel campaigns within Marketo, ensuring accurate targeting, execution, and reporting. Global Marketing Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with global corporate marketing teams to ensure consistent campaign execution, data standards, and lead management practices across regions. Strategic & Tactical Balance: Switch seamlessly between tactical execution and high-level strategy-developing scalable workflows while also presenting performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership. Important to independently drive initiatives from concept through execution with minimal oversight. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with 5+ years in marketing operations leadership Proven expertise in Marketo (Marketo Certified Expert preferred) Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership; able to manage complex projects independently Comfortable getting into the weeds while also effectively communicating & influencing at the executive level Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management, attribution, campaign architecture, and pipeline acceleration Experience working with global marketing teams in a matrixed organization Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce certifications preferred) Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills Background in tech, SaaS, or enterprise B2B environments EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in related field highly preferred.
