Overview
Build and lead an insights reporting program within the Communications and Public Affairs org.Advise on how to optimize media strategies and campaigns through the application of social, traditional, and messaging insights.Collate and editorialize insights from across CMT (measurement, metrics, intelligence) to produce comprehensive, clear, and actionable insights for the org.Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including social media analysts, researchers, and communication managers - to define a learning agenda and implement its findings.Represent the work of the Communications and Measurement team in forums.Minimum Qualifications
Proven written and verbal communication skills, with the skill to present findings and insights effectively.Proven analytical skills with proven experience interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable recommendations.Experience producing not just research outputs, but driving outcomes.Proven attention to detail and the skill to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.10+ years of experience in media, politics, campaigns, or corporate environment.Preferred Qualifications
