Responsibilities: Operates and integrates digital equipment at an advanced level using a wide range of application software on multiple platforms to produce end product for client. Analyzes and solves problems related to customer supplied files or images. Performs work for high-profile clients, which is substantially varied and complex. Works on diverse scope, which requires in-depth analysis. Serves as a direct liaison between the client, sales and division, ensuring timely and accurate production of the client's product. Can serve as the primary customer contact for on-boarding and technical support. May develop workflows and systems to support business operations, including database set-up, file conversions, file management and automated scripts. May supervise or lead the implementation of various projects, including planning and scheduling while interacting with the customer and manufacturing team. Demonstrates a working knowledge of all application software relevant to the processes used. Develops manufacturing plans, designs and implements workflows, tracks and reports on quality metrics, strategize with the customer and delivers services which will attract and retain customers. Works under minimal supervision, regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment involving complex tasks. Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned. Qualifications HS diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience Requires excellent knowledge of functional area(s) related to the job or good knowledge related to a professional field of work. Must have proven technical and process knowledge of standard graphic arts software packages and have previous experience in a digital prepress environment. Must have know of Continuous Improvement tools to be able to create and track metrics. Able to consistently apply applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives when carrying out the duties of the job. May provide oversight of work conducted by junior level staff and/or review/audit work for accuracy. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments when completing assignments. Must have strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload and make adjustment to meet business needs. Additional Information The national pay range for this role is $62,800 to $111,400 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addit on to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
