As a learning experience design and development expert, collaborate with clients, stakeholders and colleagues to plan, design and develop learner-centric learning experiences that enable continuous learning. This role involves using design thinking, education, exposure, environment, and adult learning principles to create engaging learning solutions that enhance retention, develop capabilities, improve time to proficiency, and support knowledge transfer to achieve business outcomes. Major Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide workplace learning performance advice and expertise: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, subject matter experts, and vendors; articulate technical concepts clearly. Advise on appropriate learning modalities, media, methods, and delivery channels; assess learner performance. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in instructional design and workplace learning. Guide WSIB on learning practices, experience design, and technical writing. Contribute to standards, style guides, templates, and project management processes. Lead the execution of deliverables, track progress, and report outcomes.
