The Designer, Architectural - BioPharma & Life Science isresponsible for accurately preparing complex constructiondocuments and well considered technical solutions underthe supervision of a Lead Architect.
Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesWorks closely with design and technical teams includingother disciplines in supporting the development of designdeliverables such as Construction Documents, including drawingsand specifications
Assists with preparing reports, studies, and graphics usingcommon software
Assists the architectural project discipline lead todetermine intent and content of each architectural model ordrawing
Performs duties of AutoCAD and Revit operator as needed
Reviews architectural drawings for completeness,constructability and coordination
Assists in coordinating architectural models and drawingswith the other design disciplines
Coordinates architectural models and drawings with theother design disciplines
Other duties as assigned

Associate's Degree preferred
Exhibit a professional demeanor and be a proactive problemsolver
Exhibit characteristics of collaborative team member
Be capable of enjoying the work and keeping a positiveattitude in a challenging environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel,Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
Demonstrable proficiency with Revit
Knowledgeable and productive in the Revit work environment
Previous experience with large projects preferred
Executing projects utilizing Revit
Experience with SketchUp/Formit is desirable
