Overview
Regional Director of Marketing Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and oversee marketing plans and manage annual marketing budgets.Ensures all marketing plans and initiatives are executed on time and on budget throughout the year.Manage venue marketing plans, promotions, campaigns, outreach programs, media buys, event marketing, group sales marketing, etc.Monitor, optimize, and report on all marketing activity; identify opportunities and action adjustments where necessary to ensure optimization for maximum performance, reach, and return on investment. Evaluate the effectiveness of key marketing activities in terms of sales results, consumer response, publicity value, and community engagementTranslate business goals into marketing strategies and objectives that facilitate overall business growth including creating and implementing innovative and effective sales and marketing programs to drive traffic and increase sales to the districtAct as main brand steward for the organization including spearheading brand initiatives, adhering to brand guidelines in marketing and social media and driving brand qualityManage the annual event calendar to include community events, restaurant promotions/specials and one-off special eventsOversee and manage the development and production of venue branded print collateral, non-printed collateral (websites, e-blasts, etc.), menus, signage, social media, etc. and ensure brand standards are adhered toOversee all aspects of advertising including radio, Google Search and Display and paid social mediaDevelop strategic partnerships with retailers, restaurants, corporate partners, local teams and more to cross-promote the venueLead sponsorship activation ensuring all sponsorship requirements are implemented into the annual marketing calendar and sponsor contracts are fulfilledFormulate and execute P.R. initiatives that garner coverage for venuesLeading role in oversight of data initiatives including data capture, quality, campaign segments and analytics.Lead and participate in marketing meetings with venue and corporate leadershipEnsure quality assurance with brand and guest experience through quarterly audits with venue GMsEnsures full compliance with the company's standards and policies in addition to local city and state legal requirements.
Regional Director of Marketing Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent and at least 4 years of experience, with direct supervisory experience over a sales and/or marketing team.Must be at least age 18.Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.
The Regional Director of Marketing position requires the ability to perform the following:
Frequently standing up or moving within and outside of the facilityCarrying or lifting items weighing up to 25 poundsHandling objects

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the district, the brand and the Company.Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when completing paperwork and management reports, interpreting results, giving and receiving instructions, and training.Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently.Problem solving, strategic planning, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often.Ability to build and maintain relationships.May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
