Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics: Strong quantitative and research skills with proven ability to demonstrate data collecting, analyzing and interpretation across traditional and digital channels - TV, Programmatic, Social etc.Experience developing reporting and advancing data visualization capabilities using tools such as Datorama, Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc.Proficiency in analysis using digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics Premium, etc.) as well as across multiple marketing data sources (e.g., campaign data, advertising data, audience data, social data, search data, etc.)Experience with client-facing projects ideally in consulting, agency or other business-related servicesExperience developing advanced data solutions with ETL tools such as Alteryx. Knowledge of efficient use of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure is a bonusTagging deployment and management for digital analytics, paid media, and 3rd party applicationsQUALIFICATIONS

ABOUT THE JOB
The GSD M Decision Sciences team are looking for a Media Analytics Manager who is proficiently able to process large amounts of data from a variety of marketing and media data sources, generate actionable and performance driven insights, communicate effectively with clients, and mentor/manage direct reports. Our clients span across diverse industries including healthcare, military, airlines, retail and more.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing a holistic campaign measurement framework, cross-media attribution and implementing critical optimizations to drive positive campaign performance for our clientsDeveloping Media measurement strategies and perform analysis for client reportingPerforming assessments, developing strategies, and driving activation of multi-channel experiences using advanced media and audience analytics tools and methodologies.Analyzing, interpreting and visualizing complex data using advanced analytics solutions to provide meaning and recommendations for media optimizationWorking collaboratively with internal disciplines like account, planning and strategy, mentor the Media analytics team and communicate effectively with the clientsImplementing data process from source data to visualization output and managing stakeholders
