We utilize online Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as job aids for client services employees to be able to execute daily tasks for our clients. The ideal candidate will become an expert in all of the internal processes of our client services team and will be able to keep this library of SOPs up to date while also making each article clear, concise, compatible with AI, and easy to understand for both new and veteran members of the team. This position reports to the Senior Content Manager.Responsibilities Maintain an internal library of standard operating procedures for the client services team. Be aware of changes to internal processes by integrating with different teams within client services and establishing connections with leadership as well as subject matter experts. Proofread and edit client services SOPs for structure, tone, accuracy, AI compatibility, and design before publishing. Develop and maintain a comprehensive style guide for SOPs and train internal team members on writing skills to create cohesive internal content. Assist the content team with external content needs such as help articles, FAQs, and other client-facing materials. Qualifications Exceptional technical writing skills Fluency in English Having a do-it-yourself mentality and being open, involved, and proactive Ability to interact with and tactfully guide peers in content creation Understanding the role that a client services team serves in a business Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize projects and deadlines Empathetic teaching skills Intermediate understanding of Copilot and Generative AI Basic HTML knowledge is a plus but not requiredThe base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position.
