Creative Labs, a leading manufacturer of branded haircare and skincare products, is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to drive our digital transformation across retail, e-commerce, and professional salon channels. This role will be instrumental in scaling our diverse brand portfolio. A successful candidate will play a key role in authoring and executing our digital marketing strategy and contributing to the growth and visibility of our brands. This role requires a blend of marketing, analytical skills, creativity, and project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms from DTC to Amazon, Organic & Owned Social and Paid Media. Driving brand awareness and revenue growth to a portfolio of haircare brands – owning budget reviews and reforecast
·Ecomm expert in Performance Marketing channels with SEO/SEM, Email/SMS Marketing, Paid Media,Organic Social Content and Community Management who can lead awareness and drive revenue growth
·Supporting existing DTC and Amazon Marketplace while driving growth to adjacent retail and digital marketing platforms
·In partnership with CEO and broader team, create digital marketing plan to support evergreen and NPD launches that tie to measurable analytical goals and ladder to broader brand initiatives
·Supports digital marketing initiatives to wholesale & retail partners (ie. Ulta and Target) and professional salon distribution
·Own and optimize marketing spend across all digital channels, establishing KPIs and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI and drive continuous improvement
·Manage all PR/Comms, Influencer Marketing and Brand Partnerships across new launches and core product activations
·Develop influencer, event and media strategy that drives Creative Labs’ core product business revenue
·Negotiate influencer contracts and manage content distribution across paid and organic media
·Analyze multi-brand performance, including sales data, customer engagement, and market trends, ultimately providing stakeholders with regular reports on performance and using data-driven insights to refine brand strategies and marketing efforts
·Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and creative teams to develop compelling 360 digital go-to-market strategies for new product launches
·Contributes to weekly, quarterly and monthly business reviews with key insights, actionable next steps, and goal tracking
·Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies, bringing innovative approaches to amplify brand visibility and create cultural relevance
·Drive customer acquisition and retention through personalized digital experiences, email marketing, and content strategies
Requirements:
·6-8+ years of hands-on Ecomm and digital marketing experience is a must (specializing in beauty/personal care industry, and particularly haircare, is a plus)
·Experience in Shopify a must
·Experience with Klaviyo, Meta, Google Ads and other analytics measurement tools is a plus
· Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

oFamiliarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and tools

oProficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
oProven track record of scaling digital marketing programs in a high-growth environment (multi-brand experience a plus)
