US Office – Phoenix, AZ or Remote/ PERMANENT/ SALARY: COMPETITIVE Job Purpose The Marketing Associate will support the North American marketing team in the creation and coordination of a variety of marketing materials, with a key focus on digital and social media. This role will support our overall marketing objectives by focusing on social media management (e.g. social listening, posting, comment monitoring/consumer engagement, etc.) and content management (creation, briefing, syndication through Salsify, etc.), along with other marketing tactics. This role will also support our Sales and Marketing teams on ad hoc needs and coordination of materials (marketing content, PIM, etc.). This role deals with a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to the following: Manage coordination of syndicated brand assets such as e-comm content and imagery, brand store creative, and product reviews through Syndigo, Salsify, BazaarVoice or other 3rd party SaaS providers as needed (across brands). Maintain organization and conduct routine refreshing of the Brand Content folders with all graphic assets, and act as the liaison for the team’s graphic needs. Assist in the planning, implementation, writing and design of promotional materials, print, and online advertising, etc. as needed. Support brand teams’ organic social media content development, posting, and response engagement needs, to help expand brand community and engagement. Handle administrative tasks such as invoice submission, coordinating product sample requests, and supporting sales/marketing-related meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Attend and assist in the coordination of trade shows and events, as needed. Support Brand teams’ execution of marketing campaigns, sampling programs, and other marketing tactics as appropriate. Knowledge, Skills and Experience BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field and 2+ years experience in Marketing, or related functional role. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong relationships and work collaboratively with various departments across the US and UK. Strong project coordination, timeline management, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written). Ability to work effectively in a team environment, remotely. Remarkable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Open to occasional business travel. Self-starter with a passion for brand building and willingness to find creative, efficient tactics to support our marketing objectives. CPG and/or retail/shopper marketing experience with food, drug, mass, or pet retail channels. Experience / understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (e.g. paid social media, display, search, etc.). Experience with Canva, inDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop a major plus.
