Location: ONSITE in East Lansing, Michigan (with travel as needed)
MRD Apartments is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies across our multifamily property portfolio. This key leadership role requires a strategic thinker with proven success in multifamily marketing, a strong grasp of digital and traditional marketing channels, and exceptional communication skills. As a collaborative partner to property managers and operations leaders, you will drive occupancy, boost brand reputation, and help achieve revenue and leasing targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for new and existing properties
- Oversee and optimize marketing websites for all properties
- Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, paid ads, and email campaigns
- Provide actionable insights through market research, performance reports, and data analysis
- Create compelling marketing materials and maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Bachelor's degree in marketing
- 3+ years of experience in multifamily marketing
- Expertise in SEO, SMO, PPC, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Yardi)
