Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer with an eye for visual storytelling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The candidate must have reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various property locations.
Qualifications:
Experienced real estate photographer based out of Chicago
Equipment Required:
- Approved camera
- Approved Wide angle lens (10-12mm for Crop Sensor, 17-18mm for full frame)
- Approved Drone
- Approved 3D Camera
- Approved Gimbal
Job Requirements:
- Possess General Liability Insurance
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for photo composition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various property locations
- Have an eye for color, luminosity balance, and overall photographic quality
- Able to work during regular business hours but also flexible to accommodate homeowners
- Be comfortable working with many different kinds of people
- Be able to present yourself in a professional manner as homeowners may be present at times
- Able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments
- A punctual professional who always shows up on time and delivers captured media by communicated deadlines
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
- Responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of properties
- Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and property managers to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Upload media to staff portal (ON TIME) 9:00 PM DEADLINE
- Saturday and Sunday shoots are necessary but are not the norm
- Pay based on job size and project scope (Usually between $40-$240)
