Project manage the Spotify Singles program in the US, including individual recording planning, rights & clearance processes, studio scheduling, release scheduling, and tracking of deliverables and assets.Assist in the global strategy and management of the global Spotify Singles program, including quarterly planning, the maintenance of the global budget, and data/tracking of program success.Act as the production coordinator/manager for Music Studios video programs including OUTSIDE, Spotify Anniversaries, and additional programs in development.Manage our relationship with Spotify’s social, PR, Marketing, and editorial teams to ensure robust marketing rollout and launch of Singles and episode releases.Manage post-production timelines and communicate key dates between Music Studios, production vendors & artist teams to ensure asset delivery for release dates.Manage our rights & clearances processes for licensing music.Manage our team’s budget and vendor payments.Identify, surface, and propose solutions for resourcing gaps that slow our momentum.Who You Are
You have 4+ years related experience acting as a Project Manager or Production Operations Specialist in a creatively driven environment (streaming service, production company).You have experience running multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously, and can easily communicate strategies, goals, and progress status in a compelling way to all levels of teammates and executives.You pay attention to detail and organization, have a strong work ethic and a positive and friendly attitude.You are able to manage relationships with high-level talent and executives.You’re self-motivated, independent and dedicated, and willing to get hands-on solving any problems needing help to move forward.You have excellent problem solving and organizational skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interfacing with external partners.Understanding of content production processes, equipment and software a plus.Love of music and knowledge of the current industry landscape a major plus.You are familiar with and understand audio and video post-production workflows and terminology.Where You'll Be
This role will be based out of our Los Angeles office.
The United States base range for this position is $64,504-$92,148, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays.
