Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the implementation, strategy, and daily operations of cutting-edge marketing enablement technologies, including Snowflake.Lead groundbreaking initiatives to merge online and offline customer data, creating seamless and unified marketing profiles.Drive the development of audience hypotheses, partnering with business and data leads to fuel data modeling and research.Ensure the ongoing availability of critical data to support personalized marketing efforts and drive customer engagement.Oversee the execution of triggered and automated campaigns based on user engagement, from website visits to email interactions.Mentor and lead a team of Digital Business Analysts, fostering their growth through career pathing and succession planning. Oversee hiring, coaching, engagement, and team development.Establish performance benchmarks to ensure audience strategies are exceeding business goals.Identify performance trends and uncover opportunities for marketing optimization and improvement.Provide thought leadership on privacy impacts and best practices for marketing activation.Collaborate with marketing, digital channels, and business partners to develop, test, and scale innovative audience targeting solutions.Offer expert assessments and recommendations on leveraging 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data.Partner with UX and analytics teams to create the best customer experiences through strategic audience enablement.Work with internal teams on website updates and development roadmaps, ensuring seamless integration with marketing strategies.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or equivalent work experience.3+ years of B2B/B2C Digital Marketing strategy.2+ years of experience creating and managing audiences.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related disciplines.5-7 years of hands-on experience in B2B/B2C Digital Marketing strategy and campaign activation.5+ years of experience in audience creation and management using CDPs and marketing automation platforms.
Skills:
Expertise in incremental revenue testing and measurement methodologies.Deep knowledge of 1st party audience data integrations and 3rd party audience expansion tactics.Strategic thinker who anticipates business needs and stays ahead of digital industry trends and best practices.Exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse teams.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, solve problems, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.Experience in developing marketing strategies, digital audience segmentation, and cross-channel campaign activation.Proficient in relational databases, customer data architecture, customer scoring, and list management.
