Mosaic Technologies is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy and is responsible for managing social media, overseeing promotional campaigns, web development, program management of campaigns, event management, marketing management, and product launches. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving results.
Essential Functions (including but not limited to)
Marketing Management:
Ensures attainment of company marketing objectives, brand awareness, and competitive position by developing marketing plans and strategies for new and existing products and services. Oversees implementation of strategies in accordance with company objectives.Lead and oversee the research, evaluation, analysis, and implementation of new products and services in collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Sales.Effectively lead the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and quarterly performance evaluationsFoster and steer a cohesive work environment, including morale and performanceCollaborate with management to align marketing strategies with business objectivesEstablish and maintain interdepartmental relationships and communications to ensure alignment on all Mosaic initiativesDevelop and implement successful marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales plansSocial Media Management:
Manage developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Create and curate engaging content to drive brand awareness and audience engagementMonitor social media channels, respond to comments and messagesManage the development of radio, TV, and website streaming commercialsAnalyze performance metrics to optimize strategiesManagement of Promotional Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and manage promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive salesCollaborate with the creative team to produce compelling promotional materialsTrack and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve resultsDevelop and maintain a heightened awareness of industry dynamics, emerging opportunities, and competitive trendsWebsite Management:
Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website(s)Work closely with web developer(s) and designers to ensure the site is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for SEOMonitor website analytics and implement strategies to improve traffic and conversion ratesProgram Management of Campaigns:
Lead the planning and execution of marketing programs and campaigns from inception to completionCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of campaign componentsMeasure and analyze program effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for future campaignsEvent Management:
Manage company events, including trade shows and promotional eventsCoordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and event promotion to ensure successful executionDevelop event program materials including displays, documents, giveaways, emails, and other collateral as necessaryTrack event performance and gather feedback to improve future events continuallyCommunity Engagement:
Review requests for donations/solicitations for money or productsProduct Launch:
Support product launch strategies to maximize market impact and salesDevelop launch timelines, marketing materials, and communication plansCoordinate with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure a cohesive launch strategyQualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field10+ years of experience in marketing management, with a strong emphasis on social media, campaign management, and project management
Preferably with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or in the telecommunication or related technology industry
Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and programsStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics toolsProficiency in web development principles and experience managing website projectsCreative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategiesExcellent written communication and copywriting skillsComputer and graphic design skills; Canva, Adobe Creative Suite experience preferredExceptional time and project management skillsAbility to learn and understand new products and technologyValid driver's licensePurpose and process-drivenWhy Mosaic?
