Interpersonal skills are a requirement as this role requires the ability to connect internal and external requirements clearly, so others can assist with solution development and implementation. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents in English, and communicate those out effectively. Bilingual skills are helpful, but not required. Professional communication is required.Computer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to work computer systems to generate reports and metrics. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite products is required. Other software which would be helpful to having a working knowledge of are collaborative software applications such as Microsoft Teams and Trello. Individual should possess a strong interest in learning a variety of engineering subjects and communication tools to be successful in this role.Reasoning AbilityAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
