$65,000 - $75,000 per year

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Job Description:
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for creating brand awareness and driving demand for both the TFI, USA and Thomas Farms brands via meaningful B2B and B2C activities, inclusive of D2C. This individual will monitor and engage with our various networks and platforms to implement initiatives and strategies that contribute to driving sales and building brand awareness. The Marketing Manager will also have a dotted line responsibility for Consumer Affairs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Management:Develop a strategic plan to increase awareness of TFI and Thomas Farms to consumers in both the USA and Canada markets.Coordinate the annual marketing calendar for B2B and B2C with the Director of Marketing, planning out quarterly content for all channels.Ensure consistent brand voice across all efforts and channels and manage agency partners on time and within budget.Digital Assets, Social Media, Ecom:
Create brand awareness and demand for the TFI USA portfolio by implementing relevant online marketing content and campaigns.Manage the digital marketing budget and seek appropriate funding from Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) for all digital platforms.Update the portfolio of TFI USA websites and manage ThomasFarms.com and Walmart.com digital assets to drive customer acquisition and repeat purchases.Additional Responsibilities:
Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop a summer internship program and serve as Marketing Intern's manager.Grow in the role and develop a broader understanding of the business to effectively support the organization.Perform any additional tasks as requested by management within scope and ability.Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar, food industry preferred.5+ years of experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or communications role, including experience with Social Media platforms.Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to interface with different levels of staff throughout the organization.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint.Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and strong knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs, WordPress, Shopify, etc.Understand and abide by all safety regulations as well as policies and procedures set forth by Thomas Foods International USA.Ability to work on location in Swedesboro or Cherry Hill, 4 days per week, with work-related travel approximately 10% of the time.Requirements:
