Work collaboratively with team members in the Analyst Relations team and across the broader marketing org to identify needs for new tools and/or process improvement.Act as the primary project owner of the implementation of analyst relations processes and tools.Act as the primary project owner for evaluation and potential implementation and management of a new Workfront solution for the team.Configure, maintain, and manage Workfront workflows, request queues, user accounts, custom fields, dashboards, reports and third party integrations.Configure Workfront objects (custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, scorecards, expense types, risk types, layout templates, filters, views, groupings, etc.)Implement enhancements and roll out new features.Conduct ongoing business analysis and designs, coordinate change management activities, manage escalations and lead training plans.Act as a facilitator/trainer to enable team adoption of tools and processes.Triage, troubleshoot and resolve incidents according to standard operating procedures related to processes and tools.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.- Experience working with vendors, finance, legal, procurement, and application security/product security teams.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in multi-territory campaign management- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process- Project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.- Ability to communicate business problems in simple and data-backed narrative format.- Ability to quickly and efficiently prioritize multiple requests.- Experience working with distributed teams and excel at cross-group collaboration.
