About The Role Kelly Hagar State Farm is seeking a creative and data‑driven
Marketing Specialist
to elevate our brand presence across Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding communities. You’ll design and execute multi‑channel campaigns, manage social media engagement, and support community‑outreach initiatives to drive lead generation and expand client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and analyze digital and traditional marketing campaigns (email, social, print, events).
Manage and grow our social media profiles with engaging content and timely responses.
Support cross-marketing efforts for multiple State Farm locations.
Coordinate community sponsorships, local events, and partnership activations.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools; produce insights and recommendations to optimize ROI.
Collaborate with agency leadership to align marketing tactics with business goals and compliance requirements.
Utilize ChatGPT and proficiency in Excel for analytics and reporting.
Develop, implement, and track a monthly marketing plan and budget aligned with corporate and local campaigns/events.
Attend marketing events.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years’ experience in B2C marketing, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Proven ability to craft compelling copy and visuals for digital channels.
Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in Google Analytics, email platforms, or CRM.
Self‑starter with excellent project management and collaboration abilities.
