Position Title: Senior Product Manager - eCommerce and User Design Business Unit: Retail Operations Reports to: Manager of Digital Channels and Payments Position Overview: Position is primarily responsible for the design, development, and implementation of digital strategies supporting eCommerce and related activities on FNB's website and other channels. Coordinates eCommerce activities and creates project plans for assigned website initiatives. Works within Digital Channels, internal partners, and external teammates to create and maintain reporting for internal use. With partners, leads the design of user interfaces and user interactions to create a positive experience. Responsible for assisting in the creation and administration of the website backlog. Primary Responsibilities: Drives business and financial results through the development and execution of eCommerce activities in close partnership with Digital Channels partners, marketing, and lines of business. Responsible for Digital Channels project plan creation and tracking across assigned web initiatives. Monitors the marketplace to assess digital experience trends and results in order to recommend new digital experiences or enhancements to existing experiences. Defines recommendations for priority working with management. Assists in the development of business case, business plan and go-to-market planning. Creates website results reporting for Digital, line-of-business review working with Manager of Business Analytics - Digital Banking Solutions. Partners with key stakeholders including sales, marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure digital experiences help meet their tactical and strategic goals. Identifies, tracks, and recommends UI/UX-related enhancements. In conjunction with Digital Channels management, responsible for the creation and maintenance of the website backlog and roadmap. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
