Job Description
BASIC FUNCTIONS
The company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives with a strong focus on digital marketing, trade show coordination, and promotional item management. This role is essential in planning and executing trade show participation, managing event materials, overseeing branded merchandise, and driving digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has a passion for event planning and digital marketing. This individual has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Trade Show & Event Coordination
- Manage trade show registration, pre-show planning, and post-show debriefs.
- Oversee logistics for tabletop events, including booth setup, shipping, and on-site coordination.
- Maintain a detailed trade show calendar.
Digital Marketing & Content Support
- Manage email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact or HubSpot.
- Support social media efforts by scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and tracking performance.
- Assist with website updates, including adding new content and ensuring brand consistency.
Promotional Items & Branded Merchandise
- Manage inventory, ordering, and distribution of promotional products and branded merchandise.
- Work with vendors to source high-quality, cost-effective promotional items aligned with brand standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of promotional items for trade shows, corporate events, and internal use.
Administrative & Cross-Team Support
- Help maintain detailed records of trade show and digital marketing budgets, expenses, and vendor invoices.
- Communicate with internal teams, sales representatives, and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Assist with general marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
STANDARD REQUIREMENTS
Comply with all requirements of International Standard ISO9001 and ISO27001, NIST 800-171, CMMC – Cyber Security and Informational Data Security Requirements. Aerospace Management System Standards AS9100, AS9120, IDEA-QMS-9090, ASA-100 and supporting construct standards AS6081, IDEA-STD-1010, AC7402-CAAP, CCAP-101, FAA AC00-56, ANSI/ESD S20.20. All employees shall commit and comply with the requirements of AS5553 for Counterfeit Electrical, Electronic and Electromechanical (EEE) Parts – Avoidance, Detection, Mitigation and Disposition practices.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / COMPENTENCY
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing or event coordination experience, preferably in a trade show-heavy and digital marketing role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience with event logistics, exhibitor registration, and trade show coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
- Experience in digital marketing strategies, including social media management, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for trade shows and events.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms, preferred.
