Introduction
Are you passionate about design and looking for a role where you can be an integral part of creating beautiful spaces? Herald Wholesale is seeking a Design Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Design team, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients and sales team with all aspects of the design process. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phones and assisting with inquiries.
- Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist our sales team with inventory management and building quotes for clients.
- Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Provide general clerical support, including research, filing, and data entry.
- Collaborate with our design team to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a design-related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with technology.
- A passion for design and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
