Is this the next step in your career Find out if you are the right candidate by reading through the complete overview below.Formatting and analyzing files containing member data from our business clientsAnalyzing performance of the entire enrollment funnel from initial marketing outreach to enrollment, and providing insights to the marketing and product teams on areas for improvementOptimizing targeting of digital and offline marketing efforts via email, SMS, direct mail and other channelsTracking performance and reporting campaign results to the enrollment marketing teamRecommending tests and optimizations for future campaignsCollaborating with marketing, product management, product development and data partnersNOTE:This position is considered remote-friendly and, subsequently, accommodates candidates from any US location.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Query eligibility and claims filesIdentify insights around campaign performanceCreate and manage Heap events and taxonomy/information architectureMonitor Heap events for trends in activationCreate reports in Heap and TableauCollaborate with product management, marketing, data, and development teamsManage opt outsEnhance and maintain customer propensity model(s)Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalentDigital marketing analyticsExpert Heap userFamiliarity with Tableau (or other data visualization tools)Working knowledge of SnowflakeData analysis and interpretationDirect to consumer digital marketing experience (preferred)Knowledge of healthcare data (preferred)Propensity (and other) modeling experience (nice to have)
