Skills, Experience, Qualifications, If you have the right match for this opportunity, then make sure to apply today.• Develop and manage the global brand strategy for Westland Distillery, ensuring alignment with the overall Rémy Cointreau portfolio while maintaining the distillery’s unique brand identity and values.• Conduct in-depth market analysis, consumer insights research, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision making.• Refine and evolve the brand positioning and messaging for Westland Distillery across all communication channels, consistently communicating a compelling and differentiated brand story.• Develop and manage the global brand and marketing guidelines for Westland Distillery, including visual identity, tone of voice, and brand storytelling, ensuring consistency across all markets and touchpoints.• Oversee all aspects of new product development and launch strategies for the brand, from ideation to commercialization, in partnership with distillery and commercial teams.Marketing Communications & Activation:• Develop and execute global marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration, and affinity among target consumers.• Manage the global marketing budget, allocating resources strategically to maximize return on investment and achieve brand objectives.• Lead the development and implementation of innovative and engaging digital marketing initiatives, including social media strategy, content marketing, influencer collaborations, and website development with a focus on driving E-Commerce (D2C) success.• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to support brand building activities, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and delivering high-quality creative outputs.• Collaborate closely with commercial teams (including RCUSA) to develop impactful activations, events, and experiential marketing initiatives that resonate with consumers and drive brand trial and loyalty.Team Leadership & Collaboration:• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, communications, distillery operations, and finance, ensuring seamless execution of marketing plans.• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally within Westland and Rémy Cointreau and externally with distributors, agencies, and industry partners.• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices within the global whiskey category and marketing landscape, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and elevate the brand.Profile
Minimum Qualifications:• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in consumer goods with a proven track record of success in brand management, strategic planning, and execution.• Demonstrated understanding of the US and global whiskey market and consumer trends, with a strong passion for craft spirits and the Westland Distillery brand.• Experience in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, public relations, events, and experiential activations.• Proven leadership ability, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications:• Strong E-commerce and digital marketing experience.• Experience in the US alcohol industry and navigating the US three-tier system.• Proven track record with driving awareness and affinity through brand partnerships.• Passion for cocktail culture and understanding of on-premise trends.Click "Apply" and you will be redirected towards the hiring company's application form.
