Owner and Executive Recruiter at mindzUnite This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company seeking to take its marketing to a new level. The company is in the retail industry and has over 40 locations throughout the West Coast.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns. A strategic thinker and someone who loves to take initiative will be the best fit.
This is an individual contributor role that will eventually grow into hiring and managing a team.
This is a hybrid role. When not working remotely, this person will be in the office in Petaluma.
Responsibilities
Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics
Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
Manage marketing budget and show project ROI
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in multi-location, B2C marketing
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
