Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customer marketing strategies, programs, and initiatives aimed at increasing customer loyalty and engagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted, personalized marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retentionUtilize customer data and insights to develop customer segmentation strategies and identify opportunities for personalized marketing approachesManage and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools to support customer marketing effortsMonitor and analyze customer behavior and campaign performance metrics to continuously improve marketing strategies and initiativesCollaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ensure consistent messaging to customersStay up-to-date with industry trends and new marketing channels and tools to identify innovative ways to engage customersLead, mentor, and develop a team of customer marketing professionals to drive individual and team successPrepare and present reports on customer marketing activities and outcomes to senior leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus8+ years of experience in customer marketing or related rolesProven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing strategies and initiativesStrong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform marketing decisionsExperience with CRM systems and tools, and proficiency in customer segmentation and targetingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersDemonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a teamSelf-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKnowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer marketingAbility to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented mannerStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
