Chicago, IL (Hybrid) About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a leading financial services organization to hire a Marketing Administrator. Our client is an established firm committed to providing investment and financial planning services across the U.S. This direct hire opportunity offers excellent benefits, a flexible hybrid schedule, and a collaborative team environment. Job Description: The Marketing Administrator will serve as the key administrator for the company's marketing automation platform, supporting 100+ business units. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Operations team to build workflows, maintain data integrity, manage email marketing operations, and provide support and training to internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage access and roles within HubSpot across multiple business units Design and manage marketing email templates and support teams in customizing them Oversee the creation and setup of marketing workflows and ensure best practices Perform regular data audits, cleanup, and maintenance across HubSpot and Salesforce Monitor marketing system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise Stay current with platform updates and implement relevant improvements Create and deliver reports to internal stakeholders on campaign and system performance Act as the primary point of contact for marketing automation questions and training Support onboarding/offboarding processes for marketing tool users Collaborate with the platform's customer success representatives to resolve complex issues Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of experience in a marketing automation administrator or similar role Strong understanding of email marketing, workflows, and campaign management Proficiency with HubSpot or similar platforms; Salesforce knowledge a plus Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to analyze and report on marketing performance metrics Strong customer service mindset and communication skills Direct Hire Hybrid schedule: 2–3 in-office days per week, flexible days selected by employee Standard hours: 9am–5pm Business professional attire Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
