Our client, a fast-growing footwear brand, is looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee the execution of wholesale retail marketing plans, own their website, and support product launches in alignment with their brand values. The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about growing brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
• Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of e-com & wholesale marketing campaigns to drive engagement, sales, and brand loyalty.
• Oversee product launches, promotions, and collaborations on the website and with external partners.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Manage and mentor the external marketing partners, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, product development, and finance to ensure alignment on business objectives.
Digital Performance Strategy:
• Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media campaigns.
• Drive the growth of the brand’s online presence by enhancing engagement and building strong brand communities.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Monitor key metrics including ROI, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value to inform future campaigns.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in brand management.
• Expertise in digital marketing strategies.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to manage and inspire external partners.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with footwear, fashion, or consumer goods industries preferred.
