We’ve only begun reimaging the future – for our people, our customers, and the world.Let’s create tomorrow together.Job Description: The Senior Field Marketing Manager will work in partnership with the North American Government focused sales teams to develop marketing strategies, drive demand, to grow business within named accounts, and contribute to the acquisition of new customer accounts through the development and execution of end-user regional campaigns, sales enablement, and events. This role is also responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for targeted field promotions, programs, and tools which help accelerate growth. Government marketing experience is strongly preferred.Responsibilities:
Assists in the development of targeted end-user marketing activities that build awareness and drive demand within North American government vertical. This will include implementing brand awareness, demand generation and nurturing campaigns, newsletters, collateral development, national, regional, and virtual events, and promotions.Works on content and messaging development supporting campaigns and collateral to align with top sales priorities in North America.Contributes to the regional Solutions Marketing strategy to ensure positioning is correctly represented in broader marketing efforts.Partners with multiple marketing functions including sales, digital marketing, channel marketing, product marketing, external communications/PR, social media, to support the achievement of regional sales goals.In collaboration with the government sales teams, and event management team, executes, supports, and tracks both virtual and in-person events.Assists with building & nurturing a customer reference pipeline in North America.Contributes to the development of comprehensive regional GTM end-user marketing plans.Influences marketing driven regional pipeline and revenue and provides recommendations to help achieve goals.Ensures successful seller adoption of enablement materials and activities through internal newsletters and other communications to help them achieve their goals.Qualifications:

USD 92700.00 - USD 139100.00 YearlySalary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
