You possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. You have minimum of 5-7 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or HR marketing. You have experience in creating and executing national marketing campaigns, preferably in the talent acquisition space. You have a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation. You possess excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences. You are ideally proficient with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media management tools, etc.).
