Marketing Services Campaign Manager
will liaise directly with client marketing teams, focusing on planning and executing marketing strategies within marketing automation platforms. They aim to improve key marketing functions to acquire, develop, and retain satisfied, loyal relationships, creating economic value. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with campaign operations, clients, and third-party vendors to drive campaign execution from requirements to delivery. Work with Customer Marketing Strategy to validate campaign plans and translate marketing strategies into business requirements. Create and manage project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns. Complete Business Requirements Documents (BRD), including audience targeting, campaign design, monitoring, and KPIs. Manage client and team expectations, risks, and issues related to campaigns. Support campaign planning and execution by managing relationships with the client’s marketing team and overseeing integrated campaign timelines. Provide technical guidance to offshore Campaign Services teams, clarifying business needs. Review campaign metrics, present insights, and work with strategy teams on optimization. Manage service demand, capacity, and client expectations. Basic Qualifications
5-6 years of experience in marketing services execution within direct marketing, campaign management, or related fields. At least 4 years collaborating with global marketing teams in fast-paced environments. 4+ years in a client-facing role. Experience with transactional databases and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, IBM Campaign, Eloqua, Marketo, etc. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HTML. Understanding of marketing strategy, targeting, segmentation, analytics, and customer lifecycle management. Ability to evaluate concepts and present recommendations to senior leadership. Compensation varies based on location, role, skills, and experience.
